INITIAL DRAFT FOR VILJANDI MNT 75 IS COMPLETED
Kaarsilla Kinnisvara OÜ has completed the initial draft for Viljandi mnt 75 plot. It is possible to build 1-2 storey building with construction area of 3700m2 on the 12362m2 site. The maximum height of the building measured from ground is 10m.

THE CORNERSTONE OF TURU 34B BUSINESS BUILDING WAS PLACED
Major of Tartu Urmas Klaas, together with representatives of Kaarsilla Kinnisvara OÜ and Embach Ehitus OÜ, has placed a cornerstone for business building Turu 34b that will be developed by Kaarsilla Kinnisvara OÜ. The three storey building has net area of 5120m2. On the first floor there will be a commercial spaces and there will be office spaces on the second floor. There is approximately 200 parking spaces in the parkinglot. The business building that will be built by Embach Construction will be completed in October.

Ceremonial placing of the cornerstone of Ropka business quarters new building, Turu 34b will be held at 6th of april at 14.00.

Turu tn 34 business- ja officebuilding has been voted as the best building of the year in subgroup of businessbuildings in the city of Tartu. ROPKA ÄRIMAJA is projected by architectural bureau Projekt O2 and built in cooperation of Kaarsilla Kinnisvara and Embach Ehitus.

SECOND STAGE OF ANNELINNA KESKUS!21.11.2017
In the second stage of Annelinna Keskus that will be opened in autumn 2018 you can find sportsclub MyFitness and ITEK Electronics.
Annelinna Keskus is located in Tartu, Kalda tee 43, that is situated near developing districts Annelinn and Ihaste. Approximately 1/3 of citizens of Tartu live in this neighbourhood(~30 000 people. The housing development in Luunja is also quickly developing, which can be considered as the same region. Kalda tee is used by most of the inhabitants of the named areas. In the immediate vicinity of the center there is also a new Ringtee bridge that greatly increases the visitability of the center.
At the moment, the center has a retail space of 6,000 m2. South Estonia's largest Selver (hypermarket) as a anchor tenor. The center is visited by an average of 3,500 people a day depending on the day of the week. Stage II adds about 4000 m2 of surface to the center.
